A monthly letter for returning to your body, your energy, and the wisdom within.
Hello beautiful soul,
I'm so grateful you're here.
As we move into this new month, I hope this letter offers you a moment to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what your energy has been quietly communicating.
Take what resonates, leave what does not, and allow your body to receive what feels true.
Energy of the Month
Throughout 2026 astrologically speaking I hear over and over that each transit, full moon is the most important. But it isn't just that each planetary alignment is the most important it is that we have collectively been in a trajectory of rapid expansion. As everything is interconnected you are witnessing the power of this time with planetary alignment, the schumann resonance and within your own reality.
Pretty much buckle up my love as this rapid energetic ascension as a collective is only speeding up as we shift our frequency on a individual basis which effects the collective consciousness and Gaia.
August along with the fire of Leo is bringing a spark of energy and momentum to your life. Anything that has been slow and delayed will receive a reinvigoration of energy. Welcome it with open arms as the earthly organised wise soul of Virgo season will begin 23rd of August. The energy of virgo will bring an abundance of wilful energy to create a solid foundation and structure to whatever you are choosing to focus on in the season. As Leo brings the spark of creation, virgo brings the sustainment of will to ensure it is birthed into the world. What a magical month 💫
Monthly Reflection
As I sit in this moment I am in awe of the speed of which life completely shifts. Who I am in this moment I could have never imagined. I speak on my ability to hold, move through and be present with all life has thrown at me. The challenge of these last few moments have been big but... completely necessary important and potent. Mostly I am deeply grateful for my ability to come back into my body even in moments of overwhelm, to allow emotions to move through me and not control me, to even feel joy and peace in times of uncertainty. Because the old version of me, the one I have worked so hard to release, let go and allow her to burn away would have felt broken, angry, anxious and fearful.
For me it is deeply important to truly witness the now and how I am moving through it and reflect upon the old and how differently I am in the now. As this is where I can sit in gratitude for all the work I have done within myself to be here now. Because make no mistake who I am in this moment comes from devotion & determination. It was not easeful, it was not a clear pathway. It was from my heart calling me. I hope this inspired you to reflect on where you are now and how far you have come, because I know it takes bravery, and I am so proud of me and I am so proud of you 💕
Practice for the Month
In alignment with the bright, bubbly, playful energy of Leo.
This months practice to support you is:
Ecstatic Dance
Start by putting on clothes that give you freedom but also feel good.
Put on music.
Begin by creating freedom in your body start conscious moving each part, head, arms, torso, hips, spine. Really lean into your edges. This helps loosen the body and allow your life force energy to flow.
Close your eyes and begin to move the body through feeling the music. Allow yourself to really feel the music speaking to you.
As you dance and move, touch your body, deeply connect with each part as it moves.
Always end by sending love and gratitude to your body for holding you, carrying you and allowing you to move in this moment.
