As we move into this new month, I hope this letter offers you a moment to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what your energy has been quietly communicating.
Take what resonates, leave what does not, and allow your body to receive what feels true.
Energy of the Month
We have now stepped fully into Libra season and along with it is the bubbly fun energy of getting outside and connecting. Libra isn't just the party person but is the embodiment of heart to heart connections. As we are all feeling this energy, you will find yourself thinking about all of your connections in your life. Libra also calls for balance & harmony. Because without harmony how can we truly have the connections that are heart centered if there is disharmony. So October is asking you where in your life is out of balance, where within yourself is their disharmony. How can you create a life that feels aligned with your purpose, your passion, your connections & your self care. It is only natural to cycle through focusing our energy in specific area's in our life, but there is an importance remember to come back to balancing out the energy across all aspects of our life. And that is the beautiful part of the shifts and changes of the planetary energy's as it opens a door to refocus & realign.
As we move through October we are slowing preparing for the next realignment which is a deep inward introspection of the subtle waters within self. And so on the 23rd of October we enter Scorpio season. The power of scorpio is the ability to feel with a magnitude and depth that asks for full surrender. But the shadow aspect of a scorpio to move through in life, is to allow themselves to feel the full magnitude and depth without trying to control the overwhelm but allow it to encompass their whole being. Scorpio energy is transformational if you allow it to be. Let the light fun energy of Libra lead you into full honestly of where in your world has disharmony so you can flow with the waves of scorpio with more ease. When you do not fight the current then you don't expend energy on what is only inevitable.
Monthly Reflection
I sit in awe of this year, of the magnitude, of the depth, of the lesson's and of all the medicine it has brought me. The fire horse did not disappoint, for it has opened and expanded my heart in ways I could not have imagined. In truth at the beginning of this year I couldn't imagine the experiences I have had and who I have become because of it. This is the most beautiful lesson of creation, is that less attachment we have to perceived outcome or pathway of what it must look like actually allows us to move with more ease and get to where we are going faster. And my journey has taught me I don't know what it is going to look like and in truth I don't know exactly where I am going but what I do know it how it is going to feel. And yet I know that it will actually feel better but as I am not there I can't yet perceive it. This is the hard lesson of manifestation which is creation arriving in the physical word. Your human eyes deceive you if that is the lens of which you look towards your future. You also do not need to know if something is perfect before you commit, as it is only in the action and the leap that you discover why it was always meant to be. But this requires trust, it also requires the ability to recognise it is only your mind that wishes to know the potential concerns before moving. And if we only step forward and take action when our mind understands all, that means the mind is the controlling force of your life versus the soul. As when you begin to move from the soul that is when we are guided by the energetic resonance and then surrender into the unknown. I now see with clarity every step this year has guided me to stabilising into the soul resonance of love and deepen into the path of moving from the soul and what it truly feels like to the surrender to the unknown.
Trust me NOT without discomfort. But a gift nonetheless.
Practice for the Month
In alignment with the current energy of finding balance in our connections with others and with self.
This months practice to support you is:
Gridwork
Go into a place in nature that you have felt a call to go but just haven't gone in a while. Somewhere that is special calling you.
Allow your intuition to guide you to the exact spot on the land that it wants you to begin.
Start by dropping in deep into your body, connect to your breathe, begin to soften every part of your physical body.
Listen to the land, what is it asking of you, is it calling you to sing, is it asking of you speak light language, is it asking of you to create geometric shapes on the earth or is it just asking you to breathe in harmony and receive.
Allow the land to keep guiding you, listen when it wants you to do & shift what you are doing when you feel the call.
Once you feel complete listen again is another part of the land calling you to move to and begin again, listen to what it is calling of you.
Gridwork is not about perfection it is about connecting to Gaia and harmonising with her. It is listening to what the land is calling of us so we can send our light codes into the earth. This is powerful earth healing practice.
