A beautiful beginning of Cancer's emotional depths,
into the firey power of Leo
A monthly letter for returning to your body, your energy, and the wisdom within.
Hello beautiful soul,
I'm so grateful you're here.
As we move into this new month, I hope this letter offers you a moment to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what your energy has been quietly communicating.
Take what resonates, leave what does not, and allow your body to receive what feels true.
Energy of the Month
The year of expansion has already begun. As you forage through the year of the fire horse, you are not asked to keep moving forward with speed. You are being asked to hold in your field and expand your capacity to hold more. The abundance that this year brings is found in your home, in your family, in your friendships, in your career. Through expanding your field to hold, to love, to receive that is when abundance manifests into your reality.
As we move through this beautiful Cancer energy, the water depth of cancer's heart ask's you:
What do you need to feel?
Where can you love more?
Because this is where you expand your field, through opening your heart chakra's energetic field even more.
On July 23rd we enter Leo season. When a much needed spark of passionate energy enters your world. But Leo is not only bold, bright and bubbly. Leo holds the energy of the inner child and asks you to love more fiercely. And so continuing the journey deeper into your heart space.
Horses have a powerful healing energy field. And so this year you are invited to journey deep into your own heart space.
Monthly Reflection
Something that I have been moving through over the last 2 months has been detachment from the projections of what I thought my life should and will LOOK like.
What I can see now with clarity is that when we envision the future of what we want it to LOOK like, we are constructing it from the current reality of what we know or have experienced. But if you wish to call in a future that is more abundant, then you will never be able to construct it from what you know as it will be beyond what you could ever imagine.
And this is how I limited my ability to shift, change and flow. The more attachment I have to the picture, or even to my current reality, the more resistance there is to let go and change.
As everything that was big within my world has fallen away underneath me, house & car. This all began when I made the choice to shift in my mission in life. When I knew in my heart that I am here to help guide others deeper into connection with self. So my world had to change. But I know I must walk into a future not clinging on or identifying with the physical aspects of my life, where I live or what car I need. Instead I must release attachments in order to invite in more abundant opportunities, love and connection.
Ritual for the Month
To support you as you flow through this month. Cancer's are at home in water and water is also alchemises energy. It is important to stay hydrated when you are going through a lot of energetic shifts.
I offer you a power ritual for this month:
A Energetic Bath
Set your intention first - to let go, to soften, to nourish self
Fill the water sending your intention into the water as though you are charging the water
Add epson salts 1-2 cups
Add any aromatics you would like
Light candles to ensure the room is only lit with candle light
Make your favourite tea
Play 432hz frequency music
Enter the water and visualise the water melting away any emotional heaviness, heavy energy, stress or burdens
Take a moment to close your eyes and connect to every part of your body, listening to your body & softening
